Kathryn M. Riegler specializes in the following areas: interpersonal and management skill development, executive assessment and coaching, diversity and multiculturalism, and team building and empowerment. Kay has been with Global OD Solutions since 2004.
Ms. Riegler has considerable experience in assessing management and employee needs, designing programs, facilitating workshops, and individually coaching those in management and executive levels. Her style is interactive and synergistic, and supportive of differing viewpoints. She is able to integrate her business knowledge, her behavioral science background and an accurate sense of group needs to create a powerful workshop experience.
Prior to her consulting work, Ms. Riegler established a record of achievement as a leader in both corporate and academic settings. She held positions of increasing responsibility on the corporate staff of Allstate. Psychological testing, management development, diversity awareness, attitude surveys, assessment centers, and corporate employment policy were among her responsibilities.
Ms. Riegler later became Director of Human Resources for a national retailer. Developing a department, the staff and company policies and practices were her primary responsibilities. And, as Associate Dean of a graduate business school, Ms. Riegler selected faculty and designed curricula and courses for executives pursuing executive MBA degrees. Ms. Riegler earned her Masters in Business Administration from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where she was designated a Hotchkiss Scholar for her academic excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Bradley, where she graduated with honors.
